1.5 k swim • 40 k bike • 10 k run. On Sunday, I participated to the Sentinel Olympic in Santa Cruz. Nice race. The swim was good. Some contacts with the other swimmers made it little complicated, but no big issues on the swim. The bike and the run was in total 1:59. Very fast on the bike, kept good speed on the run. The result was quite impressive compared to last year:
