Another long run after a heavy week of running. I ran everyday from Tuesday to Saturday for T:8.8, W:6, T:9, F:8.7 and Saturday ~20 with a total 54 of miles. Today was a cloudy day, I went to Meridian and back home with Paolo, then back to Cambpell Park where I met Charlie and Saba and all went again to Meridian, on the way back I turned at the ponds for the final 2 miles.
